United States Orders:
SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
Shipping and handling charges are added to each order. These charges are for shipping within the 48 contiguous states (no PO Boxes please). You will receive an order confirmation, via email, upon receipt of your order, and a shipping notice upon shipment of your order.
Standard Shipping: In-stock merchandise will normally be shipped from our warehouse within 2-3 business days after the order is received. Please allow at least 10 business days for your order to arrive. Should any items be out of stock, you will be notified by email. All in-stock items will be shipped via UPS Ground.
• Shipments to more than one address require shipping and handling charges for each address.
• Business Days do not include weekends or holidays.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We take pride in our products and want our customers to be completely satisfied. If you are not completely satisfied, please return the unopened or unused merchandise within 30 days from the date your order was shipped. We will issue store credit or make the exchange of your choice. Refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee. In addition, shipping and handling will not be refunded on refused shipments.
